This is where it’s at. Hanging out with your little ones at the beach. Golden light nearing sunset. Playfulness. Wet shoes, tights off. Wild hair. Climbing. Spinning. Being completely free.
So much of what I do is give permission. I hold a space for you to be completely relaxed and silly and uninhibited. The sea air helps. Deconstruct what you think you ought to be doing and just be you. Let go of perfect. Then it all comes together like gold dust.
